Durante el evento, los participantes de la edici\u00f3n 2023 compartieron sus experiencias de aplicaci\u00f3n en territorio, destacando c\u00f3mo el programa fortaleci\u00f3 la colaboraci\u00f3n entre la comunidad y los gobiernos locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gonzalo Nanzer de Dis+Capacidad, Argentina, suma sus palabras: \u201cTodo el proceso de formar parte de Ayni y conocer el trabajo de RIL en Argentina cambi\u00f3 mi perspectiva sobre la innovaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica. Creo que este puente entre el ciudadano y el gobierno que son organizaciones como Ayni o RIL (Red de Innovaci\u00f3n Local) es algo que toda persona deber\u00eda conocer y aprovechar<\/strong>\u201d. De cara al futuro, Gonzalo se entusiasma despu\u00e9s de conocer Berl\u00edn y afirma que \u201cEl objetivo inicial es poner en pr\u00e1ctica el proyecto desarrollado en nuestra localidad. Haber participado del viaje y compartido el proyecto con personas de otros pa\u00edses nos da una validaci\u00f3n extra y m\u00e1s energ\u00eda para continuar adelante con el proceso que implica la materializaci\u00f3n de la idea. Luego de eso y de las vinculaciones logradas en Berl\u00edn, se abren oportunidades de llevar la iniciativa a nuevos lugares que intentaremos aprovechar<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Los participantes se reunieron con expertos en innovaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, lo que les proporcion\u00f3 nuevas perspectivas y herramientas fundamentales para implementar pol\u00edticas efectivas en sus respectivas localidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Veronica Castro, de Mercado Santiago Sostenible, en M\u00e9xico, comenta: \u201cFue una experiencia 100% buen\u00edsima. Volv\u00ed llena de informaci\u00f3n valiosa, de cosas y actividades que vi y puedo implementar en mi comunidad. <\/strong>Hay mucho trabajo en la cuesti\u00f3n de ingenier\u00eda de sistemas, pero en el gobierno a veces tenemos dudas y dejamos de lado herramientas que nos pueden servir, eso nos pasa en todo el mundo. Y en las asociaciones civiles, ONGS, podemos encontrar herramientas que nos suman un mont\u00f3n. Conocer muchos grupos organizados de j\u00f3venes que est\u00e1n aportando para cuidar la tierra fue inspirador\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Desde el PIL, buscamos que la articulaci\u00f3n entre la comunidad y los agentes gubernamentales no sea algo tedioso y a trav\u00e9s de metodolog\u00edas espec\u00edficas logren trabajar en conjunto por un bien com\u00fan. Ariel Gonz\u00e1lez de Unidad Planeaci\u00f3n de IMPLAN en Los Cabos, M\u00e9xico, lo explica much\u00edsimo mejor: \u201cEste viaje me hizo profundizar para tener m\u00e1s presente que la colaboraci\u00f3n entre gobierno y sociedad es una mancuerna muy poderosa para que un proyecto tenga m\u00e1s probabilidades de ser exitoso<\/strong>, por lo tanto, tratar\u00e9 de facilitar los medios para que estas colaboraciones se sigan dando en cada proyecto que realicemos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Creative Bureaucracy Festival demostr\u00f3 ser una excusa de encuentro invaluable para compartir y celebrar la innovaci\u00f3n en las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas. Los participantes del Programa de Innovadores Locales 2023 no s\u00f3lo enriquecieron sus conocimientos y habilidades, sino que tambi\u00e9n establecieron conexiones significativas que contribuir\u00e1n al desarrollo de sus comunidades. Este tipo de eventos subraya la importancia de la colaboraci\u00f3n global para abordar los desaf\u00edos locales con soluciones creativas y efectivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ENG<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n THIS IS HOW WE EXPERIENCED THE CREATIVE BUREAUCRACY FESTIVAL!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n In June 2023, Berlin once again became the epicenter of public innovation with the Creative Bureaucracy Festival. This event brought together representatives from governments and civil organizations from various countries, providing us the opportunity to showcase how, through the Local Innovators Program (PIL), we are collaboratively transforming communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The outstanding teams from PIL 2023 traveled to Berlin to participate in meetings and visits with communities and public innovation experts. This trip not only allowed them to, in many cases, visit Germany and attend the Creative Bureaucracy Festival but also to learn firsthand about the best practices in innovative policies from around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Alicia Olmos, from the University of C\u00f3rdoba, Argentina, highlights: \u201cI always repeat something I read from Carlos Matus, about how the verb \u2018to plan\u2019 is not only conjugated in the first person singular, but it must be conjugated in all persons. This implies that others will think about the same thing, planning from different places and with other interests\/needs\/visions. <\/strong>And that possibility of knowing that others will think about that plan differently (even oppositely) and that it can intertwine with what I think is truly inspiring. I am taking from this trip new ways of understanding planning and actions to make any project feasible. Because it\u2019s not just the intention and the initial situation that matter, but also the tools to implement what is planned.<\/strong>\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n Naza Smit and Florencia Gay, representatives of RIL, together with Linda Peia from Ashoka, presented the PIL methodology at the festival, which aims to promote collaborative public innovation. During the event, the participants of the 2023 edition shared their experiences of application in the field, highlighting how the program strengthened collaboration between the community and local governments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Gonzalo Nanzer from Dis+Capacidad, Argentina, adds his thoughts: \u201cThe whole process of being part of Ayni and learning about RIL\u2019s work in Argentina changed my perspective on public innovation. I believe that this bridge between citizens and the government that organizations like Ayni or RIL (Local Innovation Network) represent is something everyone should know and take advantage of<\/strong>.\u201d Looking ahead, Gonzalo is enthusiastic after visiting Berlin and affirms that \u201cThe initial goal is to put into practice the project developed in our locality. Having participated in the trip and shared the project with people from other countries gives us extra validation and more energy to move forward with the process of materializing the idea. After that and the connections made in Berlin, opportunities open up to take the initiative to new places, which we will try to leverage.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n The participants met with public innovation experts, which provided them with new perspectives and essential tools for implementing effective policies in their respective localities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Veronica Castro, from Mercado Santiago Sostenible in Mexico, comments: \u201cIt was a 100% great experience. I returned full of valuable information, things, and activities that I saw and can implement in my community.<\/strong> There is a lot of work in the field of systems engineering, but in government, we sometimes have doubts and overlook tools that can be useful, and this happens worldwide. In civil associations, NGOs, we can find tools that add a lot. Meeting many organized youth groups contributing to caring for the earth was inspiring.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n From PIL, we aim to make the collaboration between the community and government agents not tedious and through specific methodologies, work together for the common good. Ariel Gonz\u00e1lez from Unidad Planeaci\u00f3n de IMPLAN in Los Cabos, Mexico, explains it much better: \u201cThis trip deepened my awareness that collaboration between government and society is a very powerful partnership for a project to have more chances of success. <\/strong>Therefore, I will try to facilitate the means for these collaborations to continue in every project we undertake.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Creative Bureaucracy Festival proved to be an invaluable gathering opportunity to share and celebrate public policy innovation. The participants of the Local Innovators Program 2023 not only enriched their knowledge and skills but also established meaningful connections that will contribute to the development of their communities.
